APPROVAL OF THE USE AGREEMENT: THE MUSIC SUITE AT NORTH PORT HIGH SCHOOL BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH PORT AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Description
It is recognized that this Use Agreement is part of the Interlocal Agreement entered into by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the City of North Port dated October 20, 1998. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Interlocal Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
Recommendation
The use Agreement: The Music Suite at North Port High School between the City of North Port and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, be approved.
